McDonald's in Kansas

"McDonald's has been a Great Go-To Meal when I'm on The Go!! Best Fries in America!!!! U. S. A."

"I come to this McDonald's a lot it's my favorite location due to their cleanliness and the freshness of the food always most of the time, I normally would give five stars, the food deserves five stars, the store,its cleanliness and how well structured, well-trained very respectful and on point the lunch crew staff members are, thank you to all of you for your hard work and you all deserve five stars, I ran into a small predicament yesterday, Friday night dinner time, Friday April - 25 -2025. Early on the beginning of that evening around 8:00 pm ,give or take. my family came through the drive-thru, ordered a few meals. part of those meals were for our kids, everything was fresh, smelling good and tasting good as usual, they were busy, so we were asked to pull to the side and they will bring it to us, after a little bit of a wait they did bring us our food but they were missing two of the $5 meal deals for our two kids, they forgot to bring it out , my wife called to let them know. They told her it's okay that she can come back and pick the food up and they apologize they were very nice .she told them that she was almost to Andover and asked if she can pick it up another time. They told her come back anytime and you can pick it up, we called today, and was denied those meals because my name was not in the book, I don't know anything about any books, I never ran into a problem like that at McDonald's. 1st- McDonald's staff made a small error like any human and forgot to put those two 5 $ meal deals along with the rest of the food, which is totally all right anybody in any job could make a mistake and forget something, that's not a problem. 2nd - we make an attempt to inform McDonald's about it, they recognized the error immediately and acknowledged it followed by a solution, they apologized and offered to make it right with very welcoming attitude and asked if we can come back and get them fresh and also offered cookies as a complimentary. 3rd - McDonald's evening staff crew members/person on the phone was informed that we will stop by today to pick up. We called today to let them know that we are coming to pick up the meals that was forgotten last night, I sensed a bad negative unwelcoming vibe which didn't go very well, to avoid unnecessary time waste on both ends over 10 or $11 meals going through argument, investigation and end up without a solution, I just told the person on the phone, that was in charge not to worry about it and then I went back and bought the two $ 5 meal deal. I'm not sure if I'm just gone crazy, I had to say something, I am 100% sure that something's not right with this, and this is wrong this is very wrong. I'm not asking for those meals back it's okay, I'm just asking for better communication, better attitude, don't be so harsh with people guests,customers, and maintain a mutual respect within the common guides and protocol of professionalism in any business casual weather is food industry or other kinds of professional business. Thank you have a nice day."

"I Door Dash and I was given a order for delivery from this Mc Donald's usually I get treated disrespectfully from other locations..Not this store they made me feel very welcomed...This was on 08/19/2025 @ 9:00 pm. Manager was bame KELLY She was sweating her butt off working hard and her team everyone of them was working and the store was very nice and clean....WOW! Her crew was so helpful and very nice.. Especially the girl that was working cashier upfront she had glasses and long hair she handled a challenging customer very well I was so proud of her...I would have promoted her for that!! She handled him so well i would let her run my store i used to work at mc Donald 30 years ago and so much has changed since my younger days im 51 and worked there when I was 16 so that store and those exact employees who were working I would have run my store anyday...I was there 10 minutes and they didn't even know I was there...I chose to not let them k ow I was there because I was so shocked how Kelly and her team worked together and was so nice and orders were going out so fast. I was amazed cause I dont see this are get this service at slot of the McDonald's in wichita there were some McDonald's drive thru window is so nasty but this one was so ckeaned...Great job guts we sure need more people like you folks ....I'll be back"

"Food always good but sometimes service can be forgetful of some stuff or not listen to how you want your food and just put everything possible on it regardless of how you ask for it, and also completely forget some parts of your order. So I definitely recommend them but just check your bag in the to-go line."
